Infineural (Nashik, India) operates Infineural CRM. For the account holders' own business data, we act as a processor on their behalf; for account, billing and website data, we are the controller.

Account details (name, email, company), billing details handled by our payment partners, usage and device information needed to run and secure the Service, and the content you or your team store in your CRM. Our website uses cookies for essentials and, with your consent, analytics.

To provide and secure the Service, bill you, support you, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

The contacts, messages and records you store belong to you. We process them only to provide the Service. You are responsible for your own lawful basis, notices and consent collection, and for honouring your customers' requests; the product includes tools for consent, opt-outs and data requests.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payment gateways, email and messaging delivery, and AI providers you choose to connect), under confidentiality and security obligations, or where the law requires.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and backup purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and data.

Each customer's data is kept in its own isolated tenant, connections are encrypted, and access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your data as the law requires.
