Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Infineural for using Infineural CRM.
Last updated 17 October 2026
1. The service
Infineural CRM is a hosted customer-relationship and business-management service ("the Service") provided by Infineural, Nashik, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the people you invite to it.
3. Free trial, plans and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. After it ends you choose a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment partners (Razorpay or PayPal). Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude taxes, which we add where required. Plan limits (users, contacts, storage and modules) apply to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from inside the Service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See our Refunds & Cancellation page.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store personal data of your own customers and for the messages you send, including WhatsApp and email, which must comply with the law and the rules of the channel. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to attack or probe it, to resell it without our written agreement, or to store material that infringes others' rights. We may suspend an account that puts the Service or other customers at risk.
7. Custom domains and integrations
If you connect a custom domain you must control it. Third-party services you connect (such as WhatsApp, email providers, payment gateways or AI providers) are governed by their own terms and charges.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email and in-product channels during business days.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Ending the agreement
We may end or suspend the Service for material breach or non-payment, with notice where practical. On termination, your access stops; we keep your data for a limited period so you can request an export, then delete it.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you of material changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
